Fax a signed document with a brief explanation of cancellation to

In the event you have an account with 1 Hour Hosting and decide to
leave without notice, you will be invoiced via e-mail 3 weeks before
your next billing term. All accounts are on a reoccurring billing
system and require official notification of termination, otherwise
will be billed in full.
Charge backs!
If you feel your account should be credited for any reason, please
do not charge back your credit card. (Such actions can result in a
mark on your credit report. Experian etc..) Call 1 Hour Hosting Toll
Free 800-232-2227 and discus the reason with our billing department.
